Return & Exchange Conditions

We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the product or if you received the wrong item. In the rare event that an order is shipped with a defect/damaged or wrong item, we will offer a replacement if the defect is reported within 2 days after receiving the item along with a photo proof of the defect/wrong item. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements in the case where the reason is due to the item being too small or too large. We provide complete information about our size and it is our customer’s duty to measure on their end before purchasing.

Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please follow the return process outlined below:

You have 2 days after receiving your package to submit a return or exchange request. The item must be shipped back within 20 days from the delivery date.

Items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches, signs of wear, resizing, or alterations.

Tracked shipping is required for all returns and exchanges. Packages without tracking will not be processed.

Any promotional gifts received with your order must be included in the return. If not, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

If receiving the wrong/damaged product we will cover shipping costs.

Do not return items to the address on your package—this is not our return facility.

Non-Refundable Items

​ALYM Jewelry will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to ALYM Jewelry . In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

Refunds

Returns will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and cannot be transferred to a different account or payment type.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
